Clear the balls from the board one at a time as in draughts by moving one
ball over another into a hollow (an empty space) beyond. You can move
sideways and up and down but not diagonally. The aim is to be left with
only one centred ball.

     Mouse action
To move a ball depress and hold the left hand mouse
button (SELECT) over a ball. The pointer will change to a ball.

Keeping SELECT depressed, drag the ball
to an empty space (hollow), hopping over another ball
forwards, backwards or sideways but not diagonally. Release
the mouse button when the ball is over the selected hollow.
The ball that was hopped over will be removed leaving
another hollow.

Continue in this way until you have just one ball left in the center.
If you find solving Solitaire hard try Colotaire.

Other variations are discussed in Game Play.
Press the Escape key to bring back the control window and finish the game.
Use the Close icon to remove the window from the screen. Pressing SELECT
[or ADJUST] over the Solitaire iconbar icon will bring the game back.
